November delivered record GMV of $2.03M and net revenue of $965K (+7.5% MoM). EBITDA essentially breakeven at -$2K. Subscription MRR at $162.5K. Supliful Academy and ClickFunnels integration both launched this month.

November delivered record GMV of $2.03M and net revenue of $965K, up 7.5% from October. The most meaningful milestone was financial: EBITDA at -$2K, essentially breakeven. Operating cash flow slightly positive at +$1K. The business is getting materially healthier.
Two major product launches closed out the month. Supliful Academy went live in partnership with ClickFunnels and Marketing Counts, targeting our long tail of registered users. The AI-enabled onboarding launched as well, allowing brands to discover products through conversation rather than catalog browsing, and training the AI to design labels.
The KPMG audit is complete. Books are in order, IFRS and GAAP compliant. This matters for future fundraising and for investor confidence. We did not make a big deal of it internally but it is a real milestone for a company of our age.
Monthly Active Builders were essentially flat at 1,584 vs 1,561 (+1.5%). Despite strong trial volume (9,913 new trials in November), activation remains the critical gap. Academy and the new onboarding are the primary levers we are pulling.
